Sentimental Sunday's Challenge

Our challenge this week for Sentimental Sundays---an encouragement card.  There are many ways to encourage those we care about.  This beautiful Michelle Perkett mermaid comes with her own sentiment-BELIEVE.  I find that word encouraging all by itself---believe in yourself, believe in hope, believe all things are possible...and, for an added it of encouragement, "I'm thinking of you" postmark by Ann V. of Raindrop Echo Designs available at Whimsy Stamps. 

I plan to use this card for the MIchelle Perkett challenge his week, too-"cutting". 

The image is so very colorful, it can stand alone so I adopted the Clean and Simple style, using only solid colored card stock to mat the image.  I used my newest Martha Stewart set-love these!!!  My BFF is sooo good to me-what can I say?!  I colored the image with Copics, used some Epoxy stickers from Michaels,and "Mermaid" Stickles!!!
