Jackie is our hostess this week for the Sassy Cheryl's Challenge - SPOTS & DOTS, such fun!  I'm looking at these pictures thinking they are blurry!  What?!  When I uploaded them, I thought may be it was my eyes (I'm not feeling my best so...), but now I'm quite sure they ARE blurry-well, nuts!

I went into my stash looking for dots!  That's not too hard.  For Callie, I a new Memory Box die.  This one is extra special-a frame and tree together.  While I have a fence, too, I chose to use this Jolee's fence.  I just got this t-tiny ladybug brads and couldn't wait to use them.

Card two, cutie patootie, Ms. Sally and her ladybugs.  Pulled out my MS ladybug punch.  My sentiment is a rubber stamp that I just got-had to have it!  A ladybug and a daisy-perfect, right!

Please note, both of little girlies are wearing the requisite RED shoes :)

Phindy's Place: #94 Get Well Card

This week, make a get well card for the Phindy's Place challenge!  I never seem to have enough of these on hand.  I'm not saying I'm old or that my friends are old, just saying, it seems we are dealing with a few more health issues then we did a few years ago-darn it!  Sooo, I am often in need of a little card to cheer someone who isn't up to par!

This little piggy is perfect for so many occasions as the flag invites you to write in your own sentiment, and clearly, she is a joyous. little piggy!  This little card was easy peasy-I colored little piggy with Copics, sparkled up her tutu, cut her out, added two memory Box dies, a bee embellishment (Jolees) and some pearls.

Sassy Cheryl's-103 No Embossing

The challenge this week is again, by Sassy Cathy.  She is just saying NO---to embossing this week!

This IS a Sassy Cheryl's image, and I do so hope she'll put it back in the store by the time this post goes live as it is one of my all time favs!  Cheryl has such a range-so talented!  I did not emboss a thing!  My BFF sent me this gorgeous DP.

Phindy's Place: #93 Bling

BLING!!!  Got to love it and who better to bling it up then Mrs. Comfy!  I went all out here-glittery DP (from my stash-no idea whose it is or even where it came from) that I edged with a Martha Stewart punch (Deco).  Naturally, "Diamonds" everywhere!  Got to love 'em!  I glittered and used Spica markers, just had a bling up time!

A Day for Daisies: #36 Love and Hugs

Woo Hoo!  I won the A Day for Daisies challenge last week, so I thought I'd play again:)

On a roll yesterday-Valentine's!  Lord knows, I love to make cards, but I am simply terrible about sending them.  I am trying to get better about this. 

You may recall, if you read my posts, that I spent the day with artist, Mari O'Dell last week.  I did little but salivate over her amazing studio and gorgeous creations, but I did pick up a few simple, little tricks.  The bottom two cards, inspired by Mari-a few folds and a cut.  I like it!  

Another idea-Mari saves all her magazines.  She cuts out things that inspire her (her self-made smash journals are STUNNING!) and then uses them for work mats.  So, for example, after cutting out my bunny (okay, Tammy's bunny!), I turned him over and covered him with glue, got it all over a magazine page, then simply turn the page for a clean work mat.  Once I've hit every page, in the recycle bin it goes!  Smart, huh?!

The first card is my fav.  I used MME DP-love it, colored with Copics, used a few stickers from my stash, a rubber stamp sentiment, and twine!  The next two, K&Co DP, a Pebbles (?) embellishment and K&Co embellishments, and of course, my beloved Copics!

Round and round we go...This week's challenge at Phindy's Place-think round!

I had some fun with this one-love this little girl so colored her up with Copics and decided to give her polka dot overalls (White gel pen).  My DP is My Mind's Eye.  I used a Nestability (eyelet circle), a Jolee fence, and added a a fw round punched papers, to of them with stamped sentiments.  The little pearls-round, too!  I finished it off with twine.  This one went in the mail today to an artist that I just had the privledge of meeting this week!

LOVE FLUTTERBY
This is an "oldie, goldie" by my phriend, Phindy.  I love this little girl so, and her oh, so nostalgic little outfit (PS  in and out of style for years...longing for the return of children's clothing, not scaled down grown-up clothes---come on, Moms, your little ones will be grown up before you know it!!!)  She's colored in Copics-naturally.  

Oh, and I did try a competitor's markers-nice enough, but I am totally spoiled, so am offering them up as blog candy-CATCH---join Phindy and/or Sassy Cheryl's groups at PCP to find out how to win!!!

I remembered this DP (Nan's Favourites Collection by KaiserCraft) when I saw those cherries and fortunately, had one sheet left.  I recently purchased these "Puffies", on sale at Michael's.  I used a Nestablities behind this darling, little girl.  A rubber stamp and handwritten sentiment complete the card.
