Hello, S2G fans! I'm the first stop on the blog hop!
The girls have come up with fabulous new digis. I was thrilled to be given this one to work.
Now, you might think I didn't follow the challenge rules, but I did---
I used one of the sentiments that came with this image on the outside of the card (What a sweetie) and another on the inside (Thank you...with lots of love!) Okay, semantics-I did not use thanks on my card; I used thanks in my card...oh, well!
Oh, how I wish my hair looked like that-sigh. Ah, but I think my DH truly was the model for this man! The timing couldn't be better for this image---he is a sweetie, and he has been oh, so good to me :)
I colored with Copics and did some coloring with Prismas but...love those Copics! Yup, I'm thankful for my Copics-very thankful!
The DP is My Mind's Eye---one of my favorite paper lines...Gosh, I'm thankful for gorgeous paper!
The super image is by Shirleys2Girls-naturally! I am grateful for digis, for Shirleys2Girls---because they are amazing artists and terrific women, and for being on a terrific design team with such kind, creative and clever ladies!
So, now I am supposed to share a technique I am thankful for...
I am mighty grateful for so many people, so many things. I have been truly blessed with family and friends. I am grateful for good health and a good education, a nice home, food to eat, clothes, shoes, oh, and of course, paper, my Copics, a computer & printer that give me access to the wonderful world of digis and the great friends I've made along the way...
BUT...a tutorial?! A technique?! Geez... I cannot honestly think of any technique I do that is unique! I love to color, to cut, to layer! Recently, I've really enjoyed trying new folds. Since my DH just had open heart surgery, I'm doing well to make a card-never mind a tutorial. Any way, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
So, my friends, I'm like the opening act for the real celebrities of this hop. I'm warming you up! You are going to see some amazing stuff along the way!
Oh, and don't forget, here is a grand prize and some of the DT members have a hidden prize.
In order to qualify for a prize, you need to leave a comment about what you are thankful for.
GRAND PRIZE!!!
(This hop will end on the seventh; however, the challenge will continue through the 10th.)

I'm a bigger delinquent than you. I just planned to write Thanks on the inside of my card but left it blank.
I hope hubbie is doing well, I bet this post will cheer him.
